"This has been one of the worst insurance experiences I’ve ever dealt with. Hien Apple Insurance is completely unprofessional. Hoa never followed up, constantly tried to upsell unnecessary add-ons, and couldn’t give straight answers. Anna was flat-out rude on the phone, cutting me off every time I tried to speak. After the sale, there is no followup, no check in, no email nor text/calls, no explanation about policy, no account reviews, tooks 2 days to reply for an email, 2 more days for a call back ( when an agent said will call back, did not specify which time or day ) and then Anna today was trying to defend her co-worker explaining that I was in the wrong. Sure . I contacted multiple SF agency and they all said policy should be included that the time of closing sale. not at discounted bundle price and you can " add on later". After the sale, kept asking my wife to send the details so they can " add on" their bundle discount. if this is what kind of service you trained your staffs to be? Team meeting and re-train your staffs. Especially about Truthful and Honesty. Lower Client's Premium, even it's lower commission, not dignity. Honestly Anna just made me angrier than what Hoa did to me. note to Anna : Normal people don’t say "endorsements". Defending your colleagues like that? Real helpful. Maybe brush up on Ethical Business Practices before your next move. Good luck with your future prospects, you’re gonna need it. What pushed it over the edge was their total disregard for boundaries. They kept contacting my wife instead of me, even AFTER I told them clearly to talk to me directly. That’s not a mistake; that’s disrespect. Their behaviour has been dishonest, untruthful, and absolutely unacceptable. If you value honest communication and basic respect, avoid this place."
